GENERAL TERMS
Rates for studios are based on 2 adults occupying the room and include Continental Breakfast as well as local taxes and service fees.
Rates for apartments are based on 3 adults occupying the room and include Continental Breakfast as well as local taxes and service fees.

GUARANTEE POLICY
The total reservation cost will be charged on the day of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.
EXTRA BEDS
For all extra beds for children or adults charges are applied accordingly. Please choose additional persons at selection of room type and number of adults or children.
Children Policy
• Babies (0-3 years old) are accommodated free of charge when sharing the room with adults.
• Baby cot is provided free of charge.
• Children (4-12 years old) are accommodated with an extra charge depending on the period when sharing the room with adults.
• Older children are considered as adults.

GUARANTEE POLICY
A 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation. This deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable according to our Cancellation Policy. The hotel has the right to pre-authorize the full amount of this reservation (this is not an actual charge) on the provided credit card for validation purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your reservation 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost. Cancellation of your reservation 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, or in case of Non Show / Early Departures results in a 100% cancellation fee (The total reservation cost).

STUDIOS: All Studios comprise one open space with two single or one double beds, one sofa bed, a table with chairs for your snacks, kitchenette, en-suite facilities with shower or bath-tab, private balcony, direct dial phone, free Wi-Fi Internet, and Satellite TV. They can accommodate a maximum number of three adults.
APARTMENTS: All apartments comprise 1 bedroom with two single or one double bed, a spacious living area with one sofa bed, a table with chairs for your snacks, kitchenette, en-suite facilities with shower or bath-tab, private balcony, direct dial phone, free Wi-Fi Internet, and Satellite TV. They can accommodate a maximum number of four adults.
